ClarityWorks is operated by an individual trading as ClarityWorks, based in the United Kingdom. Contact hello@clarityworks.studio with questions.

What we collect

Email address (waitlist/sign-in), Notion workspace connection details once connected, basic usage data if analytics cookies accepted. Stripe handles billing details - we don't store card info.

How we use it

Account-related emails (sign-in links, onboarding, Weekly Clarity emails), and product updates if you've opted in. Analytics only with consent. We don't sell data or use it for ads.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working; analytics cookies only load if accepted via the banner. Change your choice by clearing site data and reloading.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider, Notion (only what you grant). No selling/renting data.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active or legally required. Deletion requests honored except where records must be kept (e.g. tax).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can request access, correction, or deletion - email hello@clarityworks.studio. You can also complain to the ICO.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top and notify by email if material.
